Since no one seems to know, Miley Cyrus's natural eye color is BROWN!! She wears contacts. An eye color for every occasion? Are contact the next "facial enhancer"?? I would be wearing them too, but I'm scared they may get stuck. I don't really see the point in wearing them anyway. No one can see the difference unless they're all in your face. I enjoy my space. But the answer... Miley Cyrus has brown eyes which she covers with contacts! :)
